Accommodation charges: It must be paid at the time of check-in, without exception and in accordance with the previously agreed contracting conditions. If at the time of payment the client makes modifications, the stay in its entirety must be rebilled at the current rateand according tonew stipulated conditions.

Rates in USD: reservations from foreign portals such as Booking or Expedia are expressed in US dollars. The accommodation will be charged in national currency (Argentine pesos) at the official BNA sale exchange rate on the day of payment. 

 

Schedules:The stipulated time for Check In (entrance) is from 2:00 p.m. and the time limit for Check Out is at 10:00 a.m. By paying a supplement equivalent to 50% of the rack rate (counter), the holder of the reservation may request a Late Check Out (late departure) until 5:00 p.m. After said hours, 100% of the rack rate must be paid. All indicated times are expressed in GMT -3:00 (local time).

 

Unforeseen Check Out (early departure): sRegardless of the seasons, the Hotel will charge the full stay as mentioned in the reservation, even if guests shorten their stay. Early departure, whatever the reason, will not mean reimbursement of contracted nights not enjoyed.

 

Scope of terms: These terms apply to all reservations made through our website, online reservations or reservations made by e-mail / telephone, personal or other means of communication.

 

Acceptance: the holder of the reservation accepts the hotel policies and these terms on behalf of all members of his group. Once the reservation is accepted, it will be understood that the owner has understood and accepted all the points set forth in this reservation contract.

 

Terms of cancellation or modification of reservations: You can modify and/or cancel your reservation, subject to the modification, cancellation and no-show policies according to ourCancellation Policies. The hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation and no-show fees in accordance with established policies.

 

No Show Terms: In the event that you do not check-in on the agreed day, it will be considered as "no show" and the hotel reserves the right to charge the no-show charge equivalent to 100% of the reserved stay.

 

Limitation of Financial Responsibility: In the unlikely event that a problem arises with respect to a booking, the hotel's liability, if any, will be limited to the deposit paid at the time of booking.

 

Privacy Policy: the information collected to secure your reservation with us is only used to process that specific reservation. Under no circumstances is such information shared with other organizations.

 

Smoke Free Hotel:According to the provisions of Law No. 13,894 and its Regulatory Decree 1626/09, smoking is prohibited in the closed areas of the hotel, including the rooms. There are outdoor spaces for smokers.

 

Extra people policy: The maximum occupancy allowed per room is up to 4 people, including babies occupying or not cribs. If the family group exceeds the amount allowed, the holder of the reservation must take two rooms.
